By accessing or using KillSwitch Guardian services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KillSwitch Guardian provides software protection and entitlement control services, including:

• Kill-switch functionality for software applications
• Entitlement checking and validation
• API services for license management
• Obfuscation and security features
• Dashboard and analytics tools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with notice to users.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

Service fees are outlined in our pricing plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account.

4.2 Billing

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are detailed in our refund policy document. Generally, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to compromise our security
• Abusing or overloading our systems

We may monitor usage and take action against violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KillSwitch Guardian and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your software and data. We claim no rights to the applications you protect using our service.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.95% uptime for our services. Detailed SLA terms are available in our Service Level Agreement document.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KillSwitch Guardian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding six months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KillSwitch Guardian from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
